RETURNS?
Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE. If you purchased an item at full price, you are able to exchange or receive store credit only.
Please email Theprettyinparisexperience@gmail.com with any items you wish to exchange. Be sure to include in the email which items you are sending back, which items you wish to exchange for, or if you would prefer store credit. All items must have the original tags attached and in its original condition. Exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, shipments may experience some delays, but please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you. We appreciate your patience in these difficult times.
Who is responsible for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. However, if you received the incorrect item, or the item arrived damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
How do I change or cancel my order?

We can make changes to your order or cancel as long as your order did not already ship.

Need To Cancel?

We understand life happens. You can receive a one time courtesy reschedule if you request a reschedule at least 48 hours before your reservation time. The one time courtesy reschedule must be redeemed within 30 days from the reschedule day.
Please understand our time is valuable!
If you cancel within 48 hours,
there are no refunds.
Running Late?
Please plan ahead to make sure you allow time to find us and park your vehicle. Please notify us via email or phone if you are running late to assure that it is not mistaken as a no call no show. Please be advised that your time will still end at the time that was booked.
Want To Book For Longer Than Listed?
Please call customer care or inquire by email. There is no other way to book for more time, as bookings are made in advance. It is only possible that you can be accommodated the day of if there are not any bookings after you.
The rate is $75 per half hour or
$300 for 2 hours
$425 for 3 hours
$550 for 4 hours

FIVE O' CLOCK EXPERIENCE
Parking?
You can park in any open space along the Marina. Please be advised that the Marina has heavier than normal traffic on the weekends. Early arrival highly suggested.
Photo/Video Shoot Inquiries?

You will need to establish if you wish to have the boat sailing or stationary and the amount of hours and people upon inquiring. Pricing can be discussed via email or customer care. A contract will be executed upon completion of booking.

If severe weather occurs, the one time courtesy reschedule will apply. At the time of cancellation, a future date must be selected.
